The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) is the Swiss government body responsible for financial regulation. This includes the supervision of banks, insurance companies, stock exchanges and securities dealers, as well as other financial intermediaries in Switzerland.

Our regulatory standards means that Swissential SA is obliged to follow very stringent regulatory obligations. As an extra layer of protection for our clients and in the highly unlikely event that the advice was not suitable, Swissential SA holds a CHF3’000’000 professional indemnity insurance.

All recommendations provided are individually approved by a Swiss certified financial advisor carrying IAF certification, AFA certification and  a CICERO membership number.

* ARIF is a self-regulating body approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) for the supervision of the financial intermediaries referred to in article 2 para. 3 of the Swiss Federal Law on combating money laundering and terrorism financing in the financial sector (AMLA). ARIF is also recognized by FINMA as a professional organization for laying down rules of conduct relating to the practice of the profession of independent asset manager within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on collective investment schemes.
